The annual global market for windows and doors is approximately $150 billion. It is projected to reach close to $200 billion by 2012.

The global market for IGUs is close to $15 billion today; it is $3.1 billion in the U.S. IGUs account for approximately 10% of the end user’s price for a window – the size of the IGU market is derived from this approximation.

We believe our Solution will become the de facto standard within the Windows industry, and products incorporating it will achieve a significant share of the IGU market. We anticipate success in all product markets (i.e., windows, doors, curtain walls and skylights) and all market segments (i.e., residential construction, non-residential construction and replacement).

Window vendors electing to use the ESW Solution will be able to offer more reliable and better insulated windows and doors. They will reduce their costs (and liabilities) associated with warranty repairs and initially command premium prices for superior products. Those who move quickly will be seen as progressive industry leaders in the "green" revolution and will capture greater market share. ESW’s turnkey approach to manufacturing will reduce the time to market for these vendors.

Although EverSealed will first build its reputation in the Windows market, this is just one of many market opportunities. ESW’s technology has relevance in many energy, commercial, industrial and military applications. In fact, ESW’s long-term ambition is to be a leading innovator for super-insulating glass applications and other insulating products.
